Information for Parents – Our Process

• When you contact us, we will set up an appointment.
• This initial consultation and any necessary follow-up calls are at no charge.
• We provide a customized recommendation that includes selecting the best tutor for your child's needs.
• Parents need to complete necessary forms including the following -
  1. Client Agreement
  2. Release Form
  3. Enrollment Form
• The tutor will contact you to begin scheduling services.

The required forms that parents must complete to obtain services from Northwest Educational Services are online for your convenience. Please contact us to receive logon information necessary to access this secure site for the forms necessary for NWES to start tutoring your child. If you need this information at another time, just call the office at (425) 483-1353.
